Systems Strategy
I help organizations design, govern, and scale complex technological systems—particularly AI-enabled platforms, diagnostics ecosystems, and digital health infrastructures. Representative work: Leading global strategy and innovation for WHO-prequalified diagnostics programs, designing CONNECT (a multinational care-integration consortium).
Ethical Technology Governance
I support leaders in building AI systems that are safe, equitable, interoperable, and aligned with human-centered values. Representative work: Chairing the IFMBE Working Group on Artificial Intelligence for Clinical Engineering; shaping responsible AI frameworks for SaluDirecta.
High-Complexity Initiatives
I convene multidisciplinary teams and build coalitions capable of addressing large-scale, fragmented, or politically sensitive challenges. Representative work: Founding PROMEINFO (200+ students, 26 faculty), leading multinational healthcare resilience initiatives.
